ABOUT Kristin Moye

From working at prestigious organizations like the Arizona Supreme Court, Snell & Wilmer, and Ryley, Carlock & Applewhite, to opening her own practice in 2011 to being a proud mom, Arizona native Kristin Moye has advised individuals, families, and small businesses for the last seven years. A published legal scholar and frequent public speaker, staying ahead of the law’s changes and communicating those changes effectively is Kristin’s sixth sense.

Kristin has worked at the State Bar of Arizona as an attorney and practice management advisor advising lawyers on law practice management, starting and running a law firm as a business, risk management, marketing, client relations and communication, technology and more. Prior to joining the State Bar, Ms. Moyé was a partner at Becker Zarling & Moyé Law where she focused her practice on estate planning and business law. In addition to her work as a practicing attorney, Ms. Moyé is passionate about teaching and has extensive experience in legal education. She worked at the Arizona Supreme Court developing training for judges, judicial officers, and court staff. She also served as a curriculum developer, subject matter expert, and professor in paralegal programs as well as at Arizona Summit Law School.

Following law school, Ms. Moyé earned her LL.M. from Pepperdine where she wrote her thesis on best practices in legal education and mediated numerous conflicts at the Los Angeles Superior Court and Phoenix Division of the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Ms. Moyé earned her J.D. from the Phoenix School of Law as a member of the first full-time class. In law school she was an Editor on Law Review and now has two published articles in the areas of employment law and estate planning. Additionally, she worked at Ryley, Carlock, Applewhite, the Scottsdale City Attorney’s Office, and Snell and Wilmer. As a mom and business owner, helping others protect their family and financial interests is her passion.
