Lane attended college at Utah State University where he graduated with a degree in Law and Constitutional Studies. He then attended Washington University in St. Louis for law school where he made the dean's list.Lane has spent his career helping people who have been severely injured. He handles cases in state and federal courts, including representing injured railroad employees (FELA), injured seaman (Jones Act), and victims of vehicle and trucking accidents. His success includes a $2.3 million settlement for a woman killed on a motorcycle, a million-dollar settlement for an injured seaman, and $500,000 for a woman injured in a tractor trailer wreck. Lane practices law in both Missouri and Illinois, as well as Federal Court in both Missouri and Illinois. Lanes experience as an accident attorney and personal injury lawyer are a great addition to Boehmer Law. Lane has made his home in the St. Louis Metro area. He and his wife raise their six children in St. Charles County where they are active supporters of the public-school system. They also devote significant time in their church. Lane is a Cub Scout Den Leader and teaches 9-year-old class in primary every Sunday.
