Larson Andrew Welsh was born into a family of attorneys. Both of his parents are attorneys, as are three uncles and two aunts. He grew up in Henderson and graduated from Green Valley High School. Larson then attended Utah State University, graduating in 2007 with a bachelor's degree in sociology and political science. He graduated from the UNLV Boyd School of Law in 2011.
Larson is a member of the American Bar Association, the Nevada Justice Association, the Supreme Court of Nevada and the Federal District Court, Nevada. He has been extremely successful since beginning his career, settling a case at an Early Neutral Evaluation in Federal Court, successfully representing clients before the Nevada Labor Commissioner, actively litigating wage and hour class actions and representing miners before the Mine Health and Safety Administration, as well as successfully representing clients at unemployment appeal hearings. Larson's areas of practice include employment law, mining law, personal injury, civil litigation and the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act.
Outside the office, Larson is a coach for a youth basketball team, teaches Sunday school and is active in local political campaigns. He enjoys the outdoors, basketball, playing piano and spending time with family.
