Lindsay R. Pfeffer, a partner of the firm, earned her B.A., cum laude, from Brandeis University in 2005 and her J.D., with a concentration in Constitutional Law and Rights, from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2008. She has been selected as a “Rising Star” by New York Super Lawyers every year since 2014.
Ms. Pfeffer practices in all areas of family and matrimonial law. She is a skilled and strategic negotiator and litigator, with extensive litigation and trial experience in New York’s Supreme Courts, Family Courts and Appellate Courts.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Pfeffer was associated for five years with the law firm of McLaughlin & Stern, LLP in the Litigation Department, where she practiced primarily in the areas of matrimonial, civil and employment litigation.
During law school, Ms. Pfeffer was President of the Women Law Students Association. Ms. Pfeffer was also published in the Cardozo Journal of International and Comparative Law and served as the Journal’s Senior Articles Editor.
Ms. Pfeffer is admitted to the New York and New Jersey state bars, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York County Lawyers Association and the New York Women’s Bar Association.
