Ms. McNorton practices in the areas of domestic relations and family law. Ms. McNorton has experience in all aspects of domestic relations, to include the preparation of prenuptial and post nuptial agreements, paternity and custody matters, dissolution of marriage, child support, and post-decree matters. Ms. McNorton also has experience in alternate dispute resolution methods, such as mediation, which can allow for resolution of cases in a more amicable and cost effective manner. Ms. McNorton has also presented at several family law seminars on a variety of topics.
Lisa C. McNorton graduated from the University of Texas with her undergraduate degree in 1996 and from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1999. Lisa manages her own firm, practicing solely in the area of family law. She is a Certified Specialist in Family Law, a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Law, former Chair of the Pima County Bar Association in Family Law and is a member of the State Bar of Arizona Family Law Executive Council. Lisa routinely participates in family law CLE presentations, and is the co-chair of Tucson’s annual Advanced Family Law seminar. Lisa also serves as a Parenting Coordinator, Best Interests Attorney, and Court Appointed Advisor.
