ABOUT Lourdes Pilar Rosario, Esq.
Lourdes is a bi-lingual attorney who is able to help English- and Spanish-speaking families with their family and matrimonial law issues, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal maintenance, and equitable distribution.
Prior to joining starting her own law firm, Lourdes was an associate attorney at a local law firm in Syracuse, New York. Lourdes was also a staff attorney for a nonprofit charitable organization that provided free legal services to Syracuse area families. There she represented clients in family court proceedings involving custody, visitation, child support, neglect, and abuse.
Before working for this nonprofit organization, Lourdes gained valuable experience at several legal internships in New York's Capital Region, including ones with the Schenectady County Office of the Public Defender, the Rensselaer County District Attorney's Office, the New York State Attorney General, and the New York State Division of Human Rights. She also held a judicial clerkship for Hon. Rachel Kretser at the Albany City Criminal Court.
Lourdes received her master of laws and juris doctorate at Albany Law School. She received her bachelor's degree at Florida International University, where she majored in English.
