ABOUT Macey A. Chan

Macey Chan is an experienced litigator with a particular emphasis on disputes involving real estate, banking, financial services and construction. Macey litigates claims related to residential construction defect matters and also advises clients on real-estate related contracts and commercial leases. She also represents financial institutions in consumer actions involving federal and state claims relating to unfair business practices, credit reporting, fair lending, loan servicing and lender liability.

Macey has handled complex cases in both federal and state court throughout various stages of litigation. She has also represented clients in alternative dispute resolution proceedings. In addition to her real estate litigation practice, Macey is an adjunct professor at Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law.
