ABOUT Marc Evan Reisman

He is on the Board of Directors of the Memphis Bar Association and is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the American Bar Association and has served on the American Inns of Court. Marc is active in the local Bar Association, currently serving as the Chair of the Legal Fee Dispute Committee and formerly serving as Chair of the Family Law Section. He has also been a member of various other committees of the Bar Association including the Alternative Dispute Resolution, Judicial Evaluation, and Litigation committees. Marc Serves as a volunteer mediator for Mediation and Restitution/Reconciliation Services (MARRS) and provides pro bono legal services as a volunteer for the Community Legal Center and Memphis Area Legal Services. Additionally, Marc enjoys regularly volunteering as “Attorney of the Day” at the Shelby County Courthouse, which is a pro bono legal service offered to the community. Phi Alpha Delta. Recipient: American Jurisprudence Award in Equity; American Bar Association Land Use Award. Law Clerk to: the Honorable Alan E. Highers, Tennessee Court of Appeals, 1989-1990; the Honorable Paul G.
