ABOUT Margo Pillischer

Margo focuses her practice on plaintiff’s personal injury, including auto and premises cases. She handles cases against large auto insurers, private building owners and the City of New York. Margo assertively advocates for her clients in court and works to achieve the best possible results through communication and compassion for the client. Margo has successfully tried cases to verdict throughout the five boroughs and Long Island.

Before plaintiff’s personal injury, Margo began her career representing the indigent as a public defender at Nassau County Legal Aid Society. While in law school, Margo worked to free the wrongfully convicted as a student attorney at The Innocence Project.

Margo received her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Tulane University and her JD from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. She is a member of the Brooklyn Women’s Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. She is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey and is fluent in Spanish.
