Mark A. Denlinger

Mr. Denlinger concentrates his practice in the areas of business, commercial and tax law, real estate, economic development and intellectual property & technology, with a special emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, manufacturing and supply arrangements, general contracts, health law and the healthcare industry. He was formerly associated with a general practice law firm in Carlisle, PA, where he represented various financial institutions, businesses and tax-exempt organizations throughout south central Pennsylvania. Mr. Denlinger is a regular attendee at the Pennsylvania Bar’s Health Law Institute in Philadelphia and regularly speaks on business topics to local healthcare and nonprofit leaders.
