Mark A. Kepple is a Member of the law firm of Bailey & Wyant, PLLC’s Wheeling office where he practices in general litigation successfully trying cases in Northern West Virginia and Eastern Ohio. Mr. Kepple’s particular interests include litigating personal injury matters, employment and civil rights disputes, consumer actions, product liability cases, construction defects and oil & gas disputes. Mr. Kepple blends traditional litigation tactics and old fashion common sense advice to form a unique and dynamic approach to solving complex problems and legal issues. This style is particularly valuable in complicated high stakes litigation or matters involving awkward, uncomfortable or “sensitive” facts.
Mr. Kepple is admitted to the bar in the states of West Virginia and Ohio, the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Kepple graduated from Shepherd College cum laude, B.S. 1994 and West Virginia University College of Law, J.D. 1997.
Mr. Kepple lives in Wheeling, West Virginia with his wife and two children.
