Mark A. Rubal is the senior litigation partner for the law firm. He is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Criminal Law.
Mr. Rubal also has extensive experience in general litigation areas including criminal defense, personal injury claims, insurance defense, commercial and contract disputes, organizational and contract matters, consumer and employment law, among numerous areas of general litigation. He is active in the Fort Bend County community where he lives.
Mr. Rubal is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Rubal was born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania and graduated May of 1982, from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with a B.S. degree in Administration and Management Science and Economics.
Mr. Rubal received his J.D. degree from the University of Houston-Law Center in December of 1989. Mr. Rubal is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and has litigated cases in several federal jurisdictions both at the district court and appellate level in Texas, Florida and Georgia. Upon graduating from law school Mr. Rubal worked as a prosecutor with the Harris County District Attorney’s office for approximately four years.
