A graduate of the Chicago Kent College of Law, Mark Stone has been practicing law since 1990. He focuses his practice on Injury Law and Worker’s Compensation. Throughout his distinguished career, Mark has represented thousands of injury victims and has collected millions in damages on behalf of his clients over the years.
An experienced trial attorney, Mark has successfully obtained numerous jury verdicts for his clients. He has also appeared and argued before both the Illinois Appellate and Supreme Court. Mark is experienced in a wide array of cases, including medical, nursing home and dental negligence, motor vehicle, slip and falls, and products liability. Mark has also been representing injured employees in worker’s compensation cases since he began his career. Given his years of experience, Mark is also asked to consult and represent companies on worker’s compensation defense cases.
A lifelong athlete and avid marathoner, Mark is one of only 1,452 people reported to the 50 States Marathon Club to have successfully completed marathons in all 50 states of the nation. He brings the same focus, discipline and dedication of his legal practice. Mark values the importance of the lawyer-client relationship, and conducts all of his new case interviews personally.
