Mark Sesi focuses his practice on No-Fault defense, including First-Party and Third-Party Auto Negligence, workers’ compensation, general litigation, premise liability, trucking liability, insurance defense and coverage matters. Mr. Sesi received his J.D. from Michigan State University. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Michigan State University. He is the practice group leader of the Firm’s Food and Beverage Industry and Workers’ Compensation defense practices.
Using his extensive experience and knowledge in both No-Fault and workers’ compensation matters, Mr. Sesi provides advice and representation to insurance carriers regarding complex PIP and workers’ compensation issues. However, since joining the firm in 2002, Mr. Sesi’s experience has regularly extended to insurance coverage, health care, trucking and food, beverage and petroleum issues. He has handled claims for his clients, which include national insurance carriers, third party administrators, insurance captives, major hospital systems and Fortune 500 companies from the initial accident investigation, through trial, and on appeal involving personal injury in some of the most difficult venues in the country. Mark serves as chief outside counsel to a Fortune 100 company in Michigan.
