Mark Randolf Baumgartner

Mark Baumgartner is a shareholder and CFO of the firm focusing his practice in the areas of corporate and transactional law, real estate, environmental law and litigation.

Mark works with business owners, particularly entrepreneurs, landowners and developers, to manage their relationships with business partners, customers, vendors and government agencies. He identifies and analyzes specific issues, challenges and opportunities presented in each relationship to counsel his clients to make the smartest business decisions and develop necessary legal documents to protect his client's best interests. When necessary, Mark will aggressively defend and preserve his clients’ rights through litigation.

Mark served in the United States Marine Corps from 1982 through 1986, operated an import and wholesale distribution company from 1991-1997, and was a United States Coast Guard Licensed Merchant Marine Officer from 1987 to 2002.
