Martin’s passion and drive for justice began in criminal court where he gained a considerable appreciation for the power and compassion of trial attorneys working at the Kansas City Public Defender’s Office during law school. Meeting and working on behalf of accused inmates facing life in prison impressed upon Martin the importance of the profession and the need for aggressive advocacy. Martin has taken that same mentality and fight to his own civil cases where he has flourished as a trial attorney.
In addition to his work on behalf of the injured, Martin’s service extends into the community through numerous pro bono and volunteering opportunities. His active participation in our city include helping Spanish speaking domestic violence victims obtain temporary restringing orders against their abusers at the Domestic Violence Project.
Martin is a member of the Consumer Attorney Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) and has been selected as a Southern California Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2016 through 2019.
Martin is an incredible asset to our trial team. His enthusiasm to serve those in need and to hold wrongdoers accountable for their negligent actions not only helps our clients, but society as well. His depth of knowledge and aggressive advocacy makes Martin a formidable force for justice. He’s fluent in Spanish.
Martin graduated from the University of Kansas and earned his Juris Doctor law degree from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law.
