Matthew S. Fleming focuses his practice on workers’ compensation and personal injury law. The areas of practice include all injuries sustained at work, wrongful death, catastrophic and severe injury, product liability, slip and fall, auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, bus accidents, bicycle accidents, construction accidents, Workers’ Compensation, Social Security Disability.
Mr. Fleming received his B.A. in economics with a minor in Communications. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of Law, and was admitted to the California Bar. At U.C. Hastings Mr. Fleming served as senior article editor for Hastings Communications and Entertainment Law Journal, the nation’s preeminent law journal covering communications, entertainment, and intellectual property law.
While attending law school, Mr. Fleming spent his summers working as a law clerk, first for Zuffa, LLC’s Ultimate Fighting Championship, and then for the Los Angeles office of a national full-service law firm. Mr. Fleming began his career as a personal injury attorney in San Francisco assisting with various types of personal injury cases including negligence, product liability, and premises liability.
