Michael A Federico

A shareholder in the firm, Michael Federico has been practicing law for over 20 years, with an emphasis on civil litigation. As an aggressive, results oriented litigator, his cases have mainly included motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, divorce/custody disputes, civil rights, contract disputes, eminent domain and criminal law. He has taken over 20 cases to trial, and has tried over 88 adversarial arbitrations. He handles cases with a wide range of exposure, including multi-million dollar jury trials. His clients have ranged from large hotels and casinos to individuals in need of legal assistance. He has also received appointments to serve in several judicial capacities for Southern Nevada over the years, including Alternate Municipal Court Judge, Justice of the Peace Pro Tem, Eighth Judicial District Court Arbitrator, Department of Family Services Hearing Officer and State Bar of Nevada Fee Dispute Committee Member. He obtained his law degree from the University of Houston and his MBA from the University of Buffalo. Mr. Federico is licensed to practice law in both Nevada and Florida.
