Mr. Kornbluth graduated with Honors from George Washington Law School in Washington, D.C. While in law school, Mr. Kornbluth served on The Public Contract Law Journal and was the Vice President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board. Mr. Kornbluth interned for Judge Thomas F. Hogan of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. Michael practices law throughout North Carolina and is admitted to practice in the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of North Carolina. He has successfully tried cases to verdict in numerous courts. Mr. Kornbluth's main areas of focus are Employment Law, Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, and general Civil Litigation. Michael has been named a 2011 and 2012 Rising Star by North Carolina Super Lawyers. He has also been named one of the Top 100 Trial Attorneys in North Carolina by The National Trial Lawyers. Mr. Kornbluth is a past Chair of the Employment Law Section of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice. Mr. Kornbluth enjoys lecturing and recently gave a talk, along with another attorney, at the North Carolina Advocates for Justice 2012 Employment Law Seminar, entitled "2012 Employment Law: Investigations, Discovery & Litigation Tactics."
