Michael Lammers devotes his civil litigation practice to helping people facing trying times. He represents people who have been injured as well as those whose legal rights have been violated. He knows how hard insurance companies and unethical employers work to deny the claims of people recovering from injuries and he has committed his practice to fighting on their behalf.
Mr. Lammers has experience in myriad aspects of the court system including jury trials, administrative hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and settlement conferences. He acts as a partner of Heimerl & Lammers as well as 612-Injured.
Mr. Lammers received his bachelor’s degree in religious studies from the University of Iowa, and his law degree from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in downtown Minneapolis. He is also a military veteran, having served in the Navy during the first Gulf War.
Mike lives in Bloomington, with his wife (and law partner) Katie, and their two children. He is an avid (although not skilled) golfer and enjoys hanging out with his family.
