Michael E. Rogaski, Esq.

Michael E. Rogaski is a Senior Associate with the firm, he is AV rated by the Martindale-Hubbell Attorney Directory and was also named a “Top Lawyer” by San Diego Magazine in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. Mr. Rogaski graduated from the University of California at Davis with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He received his Juris Doctorate from McGeorge School of Law, where he graduated with distinction and as a member of the Traynor Academic Society. He is admitted to the bar in the state of California and is admitted to practice in the Southern District of California for the United States District Court. His recent practice is focused on complex civil litigation involving business, construction and insurance issues. He is also experienced in personal injury, employment and contractual disputes. Mr. Rogaski has counseled businesses and handled all aspects of litigation, including civil jury trials, arbitration and mediation.
