Michael F. Hanley

Mr. Hanley focuses on medical malpractice, products liability, personal injury, employment and commercial litigation in Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine.

Mr. Hanley is listed in the Best Lawyers in America, U.S. News & World Report's Best Lawyers and New England Superlawyers. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, the Vermont Bar Association, the New Hampshire Bar Association, and the American, Vermont and New Hampshire Associations for Justice.

He maintains an active mediation practice in every kind of case including, but not limited to, personal injury, professional liability, civil rights and divorce matters. He is one of the few lawyers practicing in northern New England who has represented both patients and doctors in medical malpractice matters, clients and lawyers in legal malpractice litigation, consumers and manufacturers in products liability matters, customers and borrowers in banking disputes and individuals and institutions in civil rights litigation.

He is a member of the Vermont Professional Responsibility Board.
