Michael Krzywicki litigates complex commercial and regulatory matters, including real estate, probate, and securities cases.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Krzywicki spent three years as staff attorney handling corporate and insurance defense litigation for a leading Florida auto insurer. He managed a caseload of more than 200 litigation matters from initial review through dispute resolution, and also wrote appellate briefs and memoranda for outside counsel.
His career experience also includes trading Chicago Board Options Exchange-listed derivatives and directing 1940 Act investment advisors. He holds a Series 66 and a Series 7 securities license issued by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
He is accredited as a continuing legal education (CLE) instructor by The Supreme Court of New Jersey and the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board to provide training on constitutional law and related topics. His expert legal writing includes speeches before the U.S. Congress and the Colombian Supreme Court in Bogotá, academic contributions on bank liability theory, and scholarship on statutory and constitutional interpretation.
Mr. Krzywicki has served as pro bono counsel advocating for indigent clients in economic disputes and is a board director of a 501(c)(3) charity.
