Michael R. Lastowski

is the managing partner of Duane Morris' Wilmington office. Mr. Lastowski practices in the areas of bankruptcy law and commercial litigation.

Admitted to practice in Delaware, Pennsylvania and New York, Mr. Lastowski is a member of the board of directors of the American Board of Certification and the board of directors of the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors (AIRA). He is also a member of the editorial board of the AIRA Journal.

Mr. Lastowski is a 1980 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a 1976 magna cum laude graduate of Brown University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
