Miranda R. Stuart

Miranda Stuart focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions involving a broad range of asset types, including office, industrial, multifamily, retail, medical office, and manufactured housing. She has represented domestic and international clients in single-asset and portfolio acquisitions and dispositions, development, landlord and tenant leasing, and mortgage and mezzanine financing. Miranda also has significant experience representing institutional investors in joint ventures to acquire, operate, develop and finance real estate.

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Miranda worked as an associate in the real estate group of a global law firm as well as in a national boutique law firm that specializes in commercial real estate. Miranda also interned at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Michigan and the Young Center for Immigrant Children’s Rights in Chicago.
