Mitch has been a full time practicing trial attorney for over 40 years, representing injury victims throughout Alabama in cases involving vehicle accidents, wrongful death, personal injury, industrial accidents and all other types of cases involving injury or death due to negligence and wrongful actions. Over the past 70 years, Mitch's firm has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars in life-changing settlement deals and jury awards for their clients.
Mitch understands just how much an unexpected accident can change a person's life. He also knows how stressful it can be for a person to have to seek damages in court, negotiate with insurance companies and otherwise deal with trying to obtain adequate compensation, while at the same time suffering the physical, emotional and financial effects of being injured. Mitch and his firm are dedicated to giving accident victims a voice and to providing the opportunities their clients need to recover the recompense they deserve. At the same time, they're not just about results, but about providing compassionate, empathy-driven representation for every single client. Mitch makes a point of taking the time to get to know his clients on a personal level and to really understand how their injuries have impacted their lives. He want to know their stories because that's what will ultimately drive the effort to obtain the most compensation and best results for his clients.
Mitch graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law and is a member of the Mobile Bar Association, the Alabama State Bar, the American Bar Association, and the Alabama Association for Justice. He and his wife, Sissy, have 2 children and are active members and supporters of the Gulf Shores United Methodist Church.
