Molly S. Considine is an Associate in the Billings office. Molly was born in Lewistown, Montana but grew up in Spokane, Washington. Shortly thereafter, she moved to Missoula, Montana and then to St. Paul, Minnesota. Although Molly has enjoyed all that these different places have to offer, she and her family decided to make Billings their home.
Molly’s practice focuses on Tax, Trust, and Estates, with an emphasis on elder law planning, special needs planning, guardianship and conservatorships, estate planning, estate and gift tax, estate and trust administration, and income tax controversy.
Molly graduated with honors in 2009 from the University of Montana and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. In 2014, she received her Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from Hamline University School of Law, now known as Mitchell Hamline School of Law. While in law school, Molly served as a Notes and Comments Editor for Hamline Law Review, captain of Phi Alpha Delta’s mock trial team, and Bakken research fellow.
In her free time, Molly enjoys spending time with her family, fly fishing, hiking, camping, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, and most outdoor activities.
