Mr. Cash focuses his practice on Trial Litigation (personal injury, commercial, banking, environmental, construction, and landlord/tenant) and Real Estate. Mr. Cash advises local and national insurance carriers, self insured corporations, developers, financial institutions, real estate investment groups, title companies, management companies, governmental entities, home owner associations, and cooperatives regarding community management, finance, development, acquisition, conversion to resident ownership, corporate advise, loss recovery, special assets, and liability litigation. Mr. Cash has represented sellers, buyers and lenders in the sale, purchase and financing of residential and commercial real estate, including mobile home communities and shopping centers. Mr. Cash is a title agent with The Fund and has extensive experience with simple and complex title issues arising out of a wide variety of real estate closings throughout the State of Florida. Mr. Cash also has extensive experience in trying bench and jury trials to conclusion. Mr. Cash was previously an intern under the Honorable Paul M. Glenn, Chief Judge of United States Bankruptcy Court Middle District of Florida. Mr. Cash was a Certified Florida County Court Mediator, past President of the Pinellas County Trial Lawyers Association, and the current executive director of the Barney Masterson's Inn of Court. Mr. Cash received the Judge Alexander Paskay Bankruptcy Award, William F. Blews Award for pro bono service, and the Raphael Steinhardt Award for character, leadership, and service to the community. Mr. Cash received "The Rock" award from the Inn of Court for exceptional community service and the “Rising Star” award from the St. Petersburg Bar Association. Mr. Cash also received the American Cancer Society's Most Inspirational Cancer Survivor Award 1999. Mr. Cash is a Master Mason and member of the Masonic Lodge, a member of the Leadership St. Petersburg (LSP Alumni 2007), Historic Kenwood Neighborhood Association, and a volunteer for the St. Petersburg Shuffleboard Club and the Golden Retriever Rescue of Mid-Florida. He enjoys playing golf, shuffleboard, guitar, and making pottery. He hiked the entire Appalachian Trail from Georgia to Maine in 2000.
