Mr. Chase L. Farmer

Attorney Chase L. Farmer was born and raised in Charleston, West Virginia. He attended West Virginia Wesleyan College and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Following graduation, Chase moved from Buckhannon to Washington, D.C., where he spent the next 5 years working on Capitol Hill.

Chase returned to West Virginia in 2015 to attend the WVU College of Law. During his time in law school, Chase was the President of the Marilyn E Lugar Trial Association, Vice Chief Justice of the Moot Court Board and represented the College of Law at numerous trial competitions across the country. In 2017, Chase successfully argued before the West Virginia Supreme Court to win the George C. Baker Cup Competition. Chase graduated with honors from the College of Law as a Member of the Order of Barristers, an organization that recognizes law students for outstanding courtroom advocacy.

Chase focuses his practice on litigation, defective products, premises liability, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death claims.
