OverviewChris joined Jones Waldo in 2018. His practice includes various aspects of commercial and intellectual property litigation, and business and real estate counseling. His civil litigation practice focuses on intellectual property litigation (patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets), general business litigation and real property related issues. He has substantial trial experience in both state and federal courts. Chris also advises clients with respect to intellectual property protection and counseling, corporate issues, and contract law (including various software, technology, vendor, and other sales related agreements) Chris has successfully represented clients of all sizes, from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups and individuals, from a variety of industries. He values collaboratively working with clients to establish and achieve goals and to resolve disputes. Chris effectively leverages his diverse background and experience to counsel clients.
Career
Prior to joining Jones Waldo, Chris worked as an associate at Holland & Hart, LLP in Salt Lake City, Utah and in the Boston, Massachusetts office of Fish & Richardson P.C. His business experience includes working as a national sales account executive at Balboa Capital Corporation and as an entrepreneur at the Ball-Boy Company
