Christopher E. Rizakos, an associate at SBW Law, focuses his practice on medical malpractice, automobile accidents, premises liability and catastrophic personal injury matters. Christopher practices throughout the State of Maryland, handling cases from the early investigation and all the way through trial. Christopher received his undergraduate degree from Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland. He graduated with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Economics. As an undergraduate student, Christopher was a member of the Alex Brown Student Investment Fund and the Washington College Club Lacrosse team. Christopher’s extracurricular activities while in college provide a strong foundation for working with the team at SBW Law.Following college, Christopher attended the University of Baltimore School of Law where he served on the Executive Board of Law Forum as an Articles Editor and participated in the Mediation Skills Course, ultimately receiving his certified mediator certificate. Christopher also gained valuable experience outside of the classroom, working as a law clerk in the litigation department of a local boutique law firm and serving as a judicial intern to the Honorable John J. Nagle, III in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County.Following law school, Christopher served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Mickey J. Norman in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. During his Clerkship, Christopher had the opportunity to observe a wide range of cases and honed his writing skills, drafting memorandum opinions and orders for family, civil, and criminal matters.Aside from his practice, Christopher enjoys spending time at home with his family and three siblings. He is a Baltimore native and an avid fan of the Baltimore Ravens and Orioles. In his spare time, he enjoys playing squash and golf.
