Born here in Atlanta and growing up in the metro area, Damon has seen and experienced how this city has grown. Staying close to home, Damon graduated from the University of Georgia in 1999 and the Henry W. Grady College of Journalism with an ABJ.
After graduating from the University of Georgia, Damon worked in national radio and later in high-end commercial and residential construction. Having further interests in business and self-advancement, Damon attended Mississippi College, School of law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2006. Since graduating law school, Damon has worked as a litigation attorney in construction litigation, contracts, premises liability, personal injury, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death.
Although Damon has defended millions of dollars in potential recovery over the years in personal injury/catastrophic injury/wrongful death claims, he has also recovered millions of dollars for his plaintiff clients at the same time. Today, Damon is committed solely to Plaintiffs’ recovery, while using and taking advantage of his insight from his defense experience. Damon is admitted to the State Bar of Georgia, Georgia Court of Appeals, Georgia Supreme Court, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
Outside of work, his attention revolves around coaching his daughter and son in their respective sports, and the travel that it involves. Damon and his family routinely travel overseas to visit his wife’s side of the family.
