Attorney Daniel Weber heads up the Criminal, Traffic and DWI practices of the firm and has earned a reputation for detailed and aggressive representation of his clients at both the State and Federal level. Daniel is a graduate of Appalachian State University where he studied History and Secondary Education. His background includes coaching at the High School level and a North Carolina teaching license. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from The University of Arkansas School of Law.
Daniel also has a passion for serving as an advocate for those who find themselves in challenging life situations including individuals and families in our International community. Daniel completed a course of studies in International Law at Downing College at Cambridge University in Cambridge England. He serves as a lead staff attorney with the William Wilberforce Center for Justice and Human Rights.
Daniel grew up watching his father practice law and gained an appreciation for the justice system as well as a desire to help people navigate through it. When not working Daniel enjoys spending time with his family including fourteen nephews and nieces, reading, and going to the gym, and attending his local church.
