David is an experienced trial attorney who focuses on car and large truck collisions, premise liability, traumatic brain injury and nursing home abuse cases. David provides representation of clients from Charlotte to eastern North Carolina. David is committed to providing his clients excellent representation and the personal attention they need and deserve. David spent the first part of his career as a defense attorney and represented large corporations and insurance companies and is now dedicated to protecting and advocating for members of our community who need someone fighting for them.
After serving in the United States Marine Corps and participating in Operation Desert Storm, David attended East Carolina University and then Syracuse University College of Law. After graduation, David moved to the West and practiced in New Mexico and Nevada. David returned to Greenville after 15 years of personal injury litigation experience in Las Vegas, Nevada where he gained a reputation as a tireless advocate and successfully obtaining large verdicts and settlements against most of the major hotels and casinos, along with multi-national insurance companies*.
David enjoys being back in eastern North Carolina and will continue working as a tireless advocate for our community.
