Since 1999, Noe’s practice has focused on general civil litigation including negligence, automobile accidents, premises liability, products liability, commercial litigation, construction litigation, non- subscriber litigation, deceptive trade practices, transportation litigation, landlord/tenant law, dram shop, first and third-party insurance claims. Noe also handled various commercial, residential, and real estate transactions, including HOA and BOA matters. Noe has successfully litigated matters to verdict in the following counties: Bexar, Cameron, El Paso, Kendall, Kerr, Maverick, Webb, and Starr Counties. Litigation venues include the Central and South Texas areas of Bexar, Blanco, Brooks, Cameron, Dallas, Dimmitt, El Paso, Fort Bend, Guadalupe, Harris, Hidalgo, Jefferson, Jim Wells, Llano, Lubbock, Maverick, Montgomery, Nueces, San Patricio, Starr, Travis, and Zavala Counties. He has also been admitted Pro Hac Vice in the States of Arizona, New Jersey, and New York.
