ABOUT Mr. P. Bruce Badger

In a 29-year career at Fabian VanCott, P. Bruce Badger has built a practice that often focuses on science-related issues arising out of litigation of complex contracts. Bruce has handled issues ranging from environmental science to chemistry and metallurgy to mechanical engineering, while developing expertise in representing local electrical utilities, handling construction cases and litigating Uniform Commercial Code Article 2 sale of goods contracts. Bruce handles operations, construction and eminent domain matters for electric power companies. He represents developers, general contractors, subcontractors and property owners in the area of construction law. His background in litigating Uniform Commercial Code cases for his clients covers a variety of goods ranging from electric generators to Argentine leather. In complex cases, Bruce is able to team with other Fabian attorneys experienced in the firm’s areas of core competency. He earned his law degree from Brigham Young University and received his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Utah. Bruce is licensed to practice in Utah’s state and federal courts as well as the Tenth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
