ABOUT Mr. Reed McClosky, Esq.

Reed McClosky, Esq. is an “AV” rated lawyer who concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, landlord tenant disputes, condominium law, construction litigation, collections, and real estate, corporate and commercial transactions and some administrative law issues. He has been mediating since 1991 with a very high settlement rate.

Reed has presided over thousands of cases as a traffic hearing officer in Broward County and is a qualified arbitrator in the Broward County Court system.

Reed was selected as the 2010 Housing Law Honoree at the 10th Annual For the Public Good. Reed’s civic activities include serving on the Florida Regional Board of the Anti Defamation League, chairing the Broward Civil Rights Committee of the ADL, serving as a charter member of Broward Lawyers Care, and committee work for the Florida Bar. He is a graduate of the University of Florida (B.A. English, college honors program) and earned his law degree in 1980 from Nova Southeastern School of Law and was a published board member of the Nova Law Journal. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Eleventh and Fifth Circuits.
