Rich is an attorney in our litigation department primarily focusing on personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle accidents, tractor-trailer accidents, wrongful death, and premises liability incidents.
While Rich was born in Boston, Massachusetts, his family soon moved to Riverdale, Georgia, where he grew up and attended school.
Rich’s passion for the law led him to become a police officer in Peachtree City, Georgia, where he served over a decade in uniform patrol, criminal investigations, and administration. Over the next eighteen years, Rich broadened his organizational and leadership skills in the private sector, holding various managerial positions in sales, projects, and operations.
Rich graduated magna cum laude from Liberty University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems with a minor in Accounting. Rich continued his education, earning a Master of Business Administration, project management specialization. While completing his MBA Rich was also inducted into the Delta Mu Delta Business Honors Society.
In 2016, Rich redirected his passion for the law and attended Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law. While at Mercer, Rich was on the Dean’s List five out of six semesters, a member and officer of the Christian Legal Society and graduated cum laude.
Rich began working at Dozier Law Firm as a law clerk in his second year of law school. He continued to work part-time until passing the Georgia Bar and joined the firm as an associate attorney. As a law clerk, Rich drafted countless pleadings, motions, and briefs affording invaluable experience in civil litigation, as well as a distinct advantage as an emerging attorney.
Rich currently lives just south of Atlanta with his wife, Kelley.
