Mr. S. Brook Millard

Brook Millard has been practicing law for more than 20 years in a variety of fields. His specialty is asbestos litigation, but he also practices personal injury, wrongful death, products liability and medical malpractice law. Brook Millard has been accepted into The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 of 2019, setting himself apart from other attorneys.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at the University of Utah in 1991, and he earned his law degree at the California Western School of Law in 1996.

Brook’s law experience is vast, but he’s particularly proud of the four years he spent practicing insurance defense, which helped him get a good look at the claims handling process and the way insurance companies defend them. That insight has allowed him to make his client’s claims stronger and give them a better chance of getting the restitution they deserve.

Brook works hard to be transparent with his clients. He understands that litigation can be difficult to understand for the average client, so he takes the time to tell clients everything they need to know about the legal process.
