Practice DescriptionMr. Cole represents entities and individuals in resolving disputes, seeking to avoid litigation when that best serves the client’s interests, but prepared to counsel and to represent them in litigation when necessary. Mr. Cole is experienced in matters involving construction, liens and bonds, contracts, employment matters, real estate, will contests and probate matters. Mr. Cole has worked with many clients regarding employment contract disputes involving noncompetition, nondisclosure agreements and trade secrets.
Mr. Cole served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Army in Germany.
