Mr. Thomas Charles Nash II

Tom began his legal career with the firm in 1986. He regularly represents clients relating to the acquisition, disposition and financing of commercial properties in Florida and throughout the southeast, with an emphasis on multi-family and shopping center transactions. Tom's practice also involves representing commercial real estate lenders in all aspects of real estate finance.

Tom is the past chairman of the Morton Plant Mease Foundation (a foundation with over $100,000,000 in assets serving Morton Plant Hospital) and serves on the Board of Trustees of Morton Plant Mease Hospital, a facility which is consistently ranked as one of the best hospitals in America. Tom is also a Rotarian and serves as general legal counsel for the area Boy Scouts of America.
