Tim’s oil and gas experience includes assisting individuals, corporations, trust and estates in leasing and conveying their mineral interests. He has assisted oil companies in leasing oil and gas interests and in resolving title curative issues. He has also assisted energy companies in negotiating and restructuring their bank financing.
