Mr. Walter R. Frye III

Walter “Wally” Frye concentrates his practice on general civil litigation defense with an emphasis on worker’s compensation.

Education & Experience

Wally attended law school at the University of South Carolina where he was a member of the South Carolina Law Review and received the CALI award in Professional Responsibility. Prior to that, he received his undergraduate degree from Presbyterian College.

Wally is originally from Spartanburg, South Carolina and has lived in the Upstate most of his life. He currently resides in Greenville with his wife Lindsey and his two children, Lyla Cate and Wals. When he is not practicing law, Wally enjoys spending time with his family and trying to play golf.
