Mr. Walter Tom Henson

Tom Henson has a long and distinguished career as a courtroom lawyer. For over 40 years, he has tried complex civil cases throughout a multi-county area and in federal courts of the Eastern District of Texas. He has been a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers since 1989, having served on its State Committee for 5 years. He also has earned recognition as a Texas Super Lawyer in business litigation from 2007 to the present by Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters service. He has been granted an AV peer-review rating by Martindale Hubbell for more than 30 years, and is the recipient of the 2012 Justinian Award.

Tom’s practice has included numerous disputes and lawsuits involving product liability, trucking accidents, commercial issues, breach of contract, breach of warranty, business torts, oil and gas issues, and serving as local counsel in numerous patent cases. He also has an active attorney-mediator practice.
