Mrs. Rachel Burgess Hairr

Rachel B. Hairr is a native of Ramseur, NC, where she grew up on her parents’ family-owned farm. Rachel first moved to Harnett County when she attended Campbell University in Buies Creek, NC, where she received a B.A. in Political Science in May 2014. While there, Rachel took part as a member of Campbell’s Campus Activities Board, club softball team, and various intermural sports teams. Rachel went on to pursue her J.D. from Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law in Raleigh, NC. While a student at Campbell Law, Rachel participated in the Kilpatrick Townsend 1L Mock Trial Competition, finished as a finalist in the Old Kivett Advocacy Council Intramural Negotiations Competition, was a member of the Campbell Law intermural softball team, and was a dedicated volunteer for the Restorative Justice Clinic. Rachel graduated from Campbell Law with her J.D. in May 2018 and was sworn in as a member of the North Carolina Bar in August 2018. Rachel concentrates her practice in the areas of criminal, civil and domestic litigation.
