Adrianna’s practice focuses on business formation, commercial transactions, real estate, and estate planning. She is driven by a passion for helping clients start new companies, and buying and selling their businesses. She represents a number of local merchants and service providers as well as larger companies across the state, plus individuals in a variety of matters including buying and selling real estate, setting up estate plans to prepare for the future, and forming entities to hold and manage family real estate that has been passed down through generations. Adrianna enthusiastically tackles each matter with a practical approach to help her clients efficiently reach their goals, and she finds extreme satisfaction in guiding them across the finish line at the end of complex transactions.

Adrianna was a shareholder of Weiss DeRice PA, a boutique transactional law firm located in Bath, Maine, before the firm united with Lambert Coffin. She splits her time between Lambert Coffin’s Bath and Portland offices. Adrianna also is a title insurance agent with First American Title and writes both residential and commercial policies.
Adrianna graduated from the University of Maine School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Syracuse University. During law school, she was a founding member and Secretary of the Business Law Association and an intern at TD Bank’s legal department. Adrianna is an active member of the Rotary Club of Bath, the Maine State Bar Association, the Bath-Brunswick Bar Association, the Maine Estate Planning Council, and the Maine Real Estate & Development Association. In her free time, she enjoys watching and playing golf, cooking, spending time with friends and family, and rooting for Syracuse Basketball. Adrianna lives in her hometown of Falmouth with her husband and their Maltese.
