Aubrey Thomas was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona, and now enjoys living up North in Flagstaff, Arizona. Aubrey’s practice focuses on debtor/creditor rights, representing a variety of parties in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcies. Aubrey has received her certification as a specialist in Bankruptcy law from the State Bar of Arizona and has been listed on the 2019 and 2020 “Rising Star” list for the Southwest region by Super Lawyers. She has also been listed on the 2020 and 2021 “Best Lawyers” list with US News and World Report.
During law school, Aubrey served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Lewis and Clark Law Review and was inducted into the Cornelius Honor Society for her commitment to academic excellence and service to the law school community. After law school, Aubrey served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jack L. Landau at both the Oregon Court of Appeals and the Oregon Supreme Court. Returning to Arizona, Aubrey worked with a large Arizona law firm for seven years before joining the Flagstaff Law Group. When not hard at work for her clients, Aubrey enjoys hiking, music festivals, and a good book.
