ABOUT Ms. Carolyn J. LeDuc

Ms. LeDuc’s practice includes commercial and tort litigation. She has represented clients in a broad range of industries, including real estate development, mortgage services, construction, legal services, automotive dealerships, and news media, among others. In addition, Ms. LeDuc has handled personal injury or wrongful death claims arising from negligence, defective products, medical malpractice, and premises liability. Ms. LeDuc has recently participated in jury trials involving breach of fiduciary duty in a closely-held corporation, and wrongful death claims arising from a commercial tractor-trailer collision.

Ms. LeDuc received her JD degree from the University of Utah, graduating with high honors as a William H. Leary Scholar. During law school, Ms. LeDuc received CALI Awards or Outstanding Achievement Awards in Commercial Law, Torts, Property, Land Use, Judicial Process, Family Law, Administrative Law, Pre-Trial Practice, and Trial Advocacy. Also during law school, Ms. LeDuc served as a judicial intern for the Honorable William A Thorne of the Utah Court of Appeals. She was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 2012.
