Kristyn M. Haviland is an Associate at Hoffman DiMuzio focusing her practice on Workers’ Compensation and Social Security. Ms. Haviland received her Bachelor’s Degree, magna cum laude, from Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts in 2013. She received her Juris Doctor Degree from Villanova University School of Law in Villanova, Pennsylvania in 2016. Ms. Haviland was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2016 and was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2017.
While in law school, Ms. Haviland worked with Philadelphia Legal Assistance (Guild Food Stamp Clinic), the United States Department of Education Office for Civil Rights, and was an intern for the Honorable Judge Linda A. Carpenter, Court of Common Pleas, Philadelphia County. Additionally, Ms. Haviland was a Law Student Counselor in the Law and Entrepreneurship Clinic at Villanova Law School. In 2014, Ms. Haviland was one of seventy-two law students to receive the national Peggy Browning Fund Fellowship award.
Upon graduating from law school, Ms. Haviland was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Judge Timothy W. Chell in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part.
