Ms. Milda Shibonis

Milda is known for being a perfectionist in her work who fights for her clients and won’t back down from a challenge. She is experienced in multiple areas of law with a focus on family law. Before working for Intermountain Legal she worked for the nonprofit law firm Open Legal Services and the Utah Attorney General’s Office and graduated with honors from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of law.

Milda is also a results oriented trial attorney who is ready to fight for the rights of her clients. Before joining Intermountain Legal, Milda practiced family law and criminal law as an associate attorney at Open Legal Services, where she litigated a high volume of cases and obtained impressive victories for her clients at trial. Milda graduated with honors from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law in 2012. During law school she was a teaching assistant for the University’s Legal Methods course and published an article in the Journal of Land Resources and Environmental Law. Milda also worked as a law clerk for the Utah Attorney General for three years and was the symposium editor for the Utah Environmental Law Review. Since graduating law school and being admitted to the Utah Bar, Milda has focused her practice on family law. She is experienced in: divorce actions; parentage actions; guardianships, parental terminations; abuse, dependency & neglect actions, and voluntary relinquishments.
